Sarah Litchney, Esq
Founding attorney and CEO, Sarah Litchney’s past legal experience includes, among others, assisting in Intellectual Property and Business Law matters as counsel for a Bay Area chemical company and a prestigious fellowship with the National Academy of Sciences in Washington D.C working with some of the nation's top attorneys, CEO's, heads of prestigious universities and scientists. She also spent some time working with a Northern Californian Superior Court and District Attorney’s Office, for broad exposure to the many faces of the law.
A native Californian, Ms. Litchney attended the prestigious Cornell University, an Ivy League university, located in New York. During her time at Cornell University Ms. Litchney achieved high marks and was the recipient of many distinguishing awards and scholarships. She was active on campus serving as University ambassador and active within the Greek community and the associations affiliated with her area of study.
She returned to Northern California to attend law school at the highly regarded and esteemed University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, a top tier law school. Ms. Litchney obtained a certificate in Intellectual Property, was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was nominated by the Dean and awarded the American Bar Associations Intellectual Property award for academic excellence in Intellectual Property studies. She was active on the campus in organizations affiliated with her area of study, as well as with the law school’s student bar association.

Ronald Holland, Esq
Ronald Holland attended the University of California-Davis majoring in Political Science and went on to attend law school and obtain his Juris Doctor at the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Holland is a seasoned, experienced and well respected bankruptcy and real estate attorney. Mr. Holland owned and managed one of the most successful and largest consumer bankruptcy practices in the Sacramento and Bay Area area in the mid 80’s to early 2000’s. He is an excellent negotiator, counselor and manager. He has extensive experience representing clients in bankruptcy actions in Federal Court in both the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. He has helped thousands of clients in bankruptcy; many of which involved foreclosure and real estate actions and issues. Mr. Holland is experienced with the rules and issues surrounding real estate, foreclosure, short sale and loan modifications.
Mr. Holland’s prior work experience also includes working for several mid-size law firms practicing in the areas of business, civil litigation, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, estate planning, family law, probate, business, contracts and real estate law. He has advised businesses and business owners both in bankruptcy actions and otherwise in many areas of the law. He has negotiated and drafted numerous business reorganization plans and has done so for chapter 13 plans as well. He has been an advocate for his clients and has protected their rights and interests ferociously at trial in adversary proceedings and contested matters and motions. Mr. Holland was invited to be the panel speaker at the National Convention of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Mr. Holland is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute he enjoys continuing to help individuals find debt relief under the bankruptcy code and work through the real estate issues of today’s economy. He has been working in the Sacramento and Northern California area since the early 1980’s.

Laurie Alexander, Esq
Ms. Alexander is a native Sacramentan and proud mother, and has lived in the area all of her life. Ms. Alexander graduated from Sacramento State University and attended Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. Ms. Alexander has been an attorney for over a decade and is experienced in many areas of law; including real estate law and foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy, and estate planning and trust administration.
Ms. Alexander has a great depth of experience, and has worked at some of the finer law firms in the Sacramento area. She enjoys assisting clients in their hour of need; whatever the area of law may be.
A member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and other applicable membership groups, Ms. Alexander enjoys remaining up to date and educated on a variety of topics that impact our clients today. Robert Thompson, Esq
Mr. Thompson received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He distinguished himself by working hard and graduating with honors in both majors. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Southern California where he again distinguished himself by graduating in the top of his class.
Mr. Thompson has considerable experience in consumer bankruptcy. He was a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Meredith Jury, Bankruptcy Court for the Central District, Riverside. Mr. Thompson assisted the court with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings and worked with all of the legal issues from all perspectives; debtor, creditor and the Bankruptcy Court. He has the thorough knowledge necessary to obtain discharges under either Chapter, thus giving our clients the “clean start” that they need and deserve.
Mr. Thompson is also experienced in Tax Law; he served as a legal extern for the Board of Equalization/Franchise Tax Board. In that capacity, he worked closely with clients that had tax deficiencies, but couldn’t afford representation. As an advocate on their behalf, he negotiated their deficiencies and was often able to settle matters advantageous to the client.

Lucas Garcia, Esq
Mr. Lucas Garcia was born and raised in the Pacific North West and moved to California to begin his legal education after completing his Bachelor’s degree in History at the University of Washington. He attended one of the nation’s top law schools at the University of California at Davis, King Hall Law School for his Juris Doctor law degree.
An expert in negotiations Mr. Garcia has established himself as one of the region’s finest attorneys in effective client advocacy. In an effort to improve attorney-client relationships and negotiations on behalf of the client, he founded the official King Hall Negotiation Team which focuses on client representation through counseling, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. As the President and Team Captain of the Negotiation Team, he emphasized to team members the importance of diligent representing clients and understanding how to solve the client’s situation quickly, cost effectively, with a positive outcome.
Mr. Garcia’s previous legal experience includes working for the Sacramento and Placer County District Attorney’s Offices and for the California Attorney General’s Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse, with a heavy focus on assisting elderly victims who have been defrauded and mishandled by people who were in a position of care and trust. Andrew Grossman, Esq
Mr. Grossman was raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and received his Bachelors degree in History and Political Science at the University of Kentucky. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where he served on the University’s Board of Trustees and was elected President of the Student Bar Association. In addition, he was a member of the school’s prestigious law review, the moot court board, and completed an aggressive course of studies with the Honors Lawyering Program.
With a background and previous experience in consumer bankruptcy and real estate issues experienced by homeowners in this economy, Mr. Grossman specializes in evaluating clients’ needs from a global perspective. Mr. Grossman focuses on helping clients achieve a clean start by reducing and eliminating debt of all forms. His approachable, creative and energetic nature makes Mr. Grossman a valuable member of our team and allows him to quickly find unique legal solutions for individual client needs. Mr. Grossman’s professional expertise includes strategy formulation, debtor representation, lender and creditor negotiations and researching how courts interpret the finer points of the bankruptcy code. He has handled many consumer bankruptcy cases for a variety of different clients, and especially enjoys helping clients discharge debts held by aggressive credit card companies.

He is an experienced and successful attorney having served as the managing partner of a large Silicon Valley intellectual property law firm for ten years and as the Senior Director of Intellectual Property and Patent Counsel for Macrovision Corporation in Santa Clara, CA. After graduating from U.S.C. in Los Angeles, CA with a B.S. in Computer Science, he worked as a software and systems engineer for about ten years prior to attending law school.
In 1989, he joined the law firm of Blakely, Sokoloff, Taylor, and Zafman LLP and became Managing Partner of the Sunnyvale office, the largest office of the Blakely firm. During his 15 years with the Blakely firm, he prosecuted, licensed, and enforced patents and patent applications primarily related to computer systems, Internet technology, digital rights management, and software products for a variety of Silicon Valley clients, including Intel, Apple, eBay, and Cisco.
While at Macrovision, he was responsible for managing, monetizing, enforcing, and licensing Macrovision’s substantial patent portfolio. He has served as expert witness and litigation support counsel in several patent litigation matters. He is a registered patent attorney and a member of the state bars of California and the State of Washington.
